Four steps. The board signs a one-page authorization, and we handle everything else.
We review every unit's assessment against real market evidence and show the likely savings, at no charge.
A simple resolution and contingency retainer. Owners receive a Florida-compliant 14-day opt-out notice.
We petition, negotiate directly with the Property Appraiser, and represent the association at the VAB hearing.
Assessments drop and the county issues refunds or credits. Our 25% fee is paid only from real savings.
Through their prior roles in law, appraisal, and tax consulting, our principals have represented many of Florida's premier condominium towers.
